MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
held on Wednesday, May 13th, 2026, at 7:30 PM

Mayor Ceriello led the Board and guests in the Pledge of Allegiance.
A Motion to open the Public Meeting was made by Mayor Ceriello, seconded by Trustee Im and approved by all. The Meeting was called to Order by Mayor Ceriello at 7:35 p.m.
MINUTES
A motion to table a vote on the approval the minutes from the April 8th, 2026, Board of Trustees meeting was made by Mayor Ceriello, seconded by Trustee Im and unanimously approved.
MAYOR’S REPORT
No new reports.
PUBLIC SAFETY REPORT
The Mayor reviewed recent Public Safety events in the Village and noted that although crime in the Village is rare the Village, the Village is not immune to auto theft, in particular noting a recent auto theft and noting that the Sixth Precinct is investigating the matter.

A Motion to close the Board of Trustees Public Meeting was made by Mayor Ceriello seconded by Trustee Im and unanimously approved at 8:41 p.m.
