Building Permit Forms Library
Below are the current forms used by the building department. All of these forms, when submitted, must include a notarized Application for Building Permit as noted below, a **Nassau County Board of Assessors Form and building permit fee. Some Building permit applications will also require a copy of your survey, including but not limited to central air conditioning and standby generators. NOTE: All affidavits must be placed on affiant’s letterhead (homeowner, contractor or architect) and only original affidavits will be accepted.
