Mayor Ceriello led the Board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
A Motion to Open the Public Meeting was made by Trustee Williams, Seconded by Trustee LiCalzi and called to Order by Mayor Ceriello at 7:40 pm.
MINUTES
A motion to approve the minutes for the June 9, 2021, Board of Trustees meeting was made by Mayor Ceriello, Seconded by Trustee Williams and approved by all.
NEW BUSINESS
CHAN – 338 PARK AVENUE - FENCE
A Motion to approve the application for a fence at 338 Park Avenue with proper landscaping and a five-year renewal term was moved by Trustee Williams, seconded by Trustee LiCalzi and approved as follows:

MAYOR’S REPORT
ROAD WORK UPDATE
Mayor Ceriello met with Jim McGowan to sign the repaving contract for the central section of Park Avenue and Abbey Road.
The Mayor stated that the second phase of the road project is on schedule for the third week of August and will be completed before school opens.
In addition to the three phases of the road project, the Mayor has included the pavement of Peale and the installation of Belgium blocks on the circle at Sargent Place.
The Mayor stated that National Grid has delayed the gas main project on Ryder Road to September/October with roadwork to commence next Spring. Mayor Ceriello will continue to negotiate the terms of this repaving project.
PUBLIC SAFETY REPORT
POLICE REPORT: The Police Report for May 2021was presented by Trustee Williams, stating 3 Auto Accidents, no Burglary-Residence, no Burglary-Business, no Robberies, no Larceny-Auto incident, one Larceny (other than auto), no Criminal Mischief incidents and a total of 7 summonses (7 Movers and 0 Parkers).
JUSTICE REPORT: The Monthly Justice Report for June 2021 was presented by Trustee Williams with total fines assessed in the amount of $3,123.00.
BUILDING REPORT: The Building Report was presented by Trustee Williams, stating that between June 1, 2021, and July 12, 2021, a total of 17 permits have been issued totaling $19,349.00 in Building Permit Fees.
SONI – 575 PARK AVUNUE – LANDSCAPE PLAN
A Motion to approve the application for a landscape Plan at 575 Park Avenue was moved by Mayor Ceriello, seconded by Trustee LiCalzi and approved as follows:

Motion to close the Board of Trustees meeting was made by Trustee Williams, seconded by Trustee LiCalzi and approved by all at 8:55 PM.
